Wine-growing region Moravia, sub-region Slovácko, Municipality Mikulčice, Kněžské Vineyard

Alk 12% vol. 0,75l, 0,6 g/l rest sugar

The semi sand soils of the Kněžské Vineyard and distance between plants only 75 cm give this Pinot mineral and salty notes supported only with higher acid. Wine has nice fruity aroma. Unfiltered.
